To address the confusion surrounding flavored King Palm products we have created kingpalm.com/legal-flavors to keep you up to date on discussions with the California Department of Public Health, which is the enforcing agency of the state’s flavored tobacco ban. King Palm wants to assure you, the retailer, that palm leaf is not a component or part of a tobacco product and is not intended to be used with tobacco. It is for legal herbal use only. King Palm has your back; if you are given a notice of violation, we will work with the enforcing agency to settle any confusion surrounding our products. The Head of Tobacco Enforcement Office has already received the letter found on the following pages, and we are actively working on getting published clarification from them.
